I thought that actuarial had something to do with "versicherungsmathematisch", but

I found the following definition:

An annual actuarial report must be produced containing the following information:

A scope of the review including any relevant assumptions or limitations applied in calculating the loss reserve.
The reserve recommendation with major department loss reserves detailed and a comparison to the prior year's loss reserve.
Any comments or recommendations arising from the analysis.
Summarized data used in performing the loss reserve analysis.
