English to German translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Insurance | | English term or phrase: excess casualty (market/renewals) | I wonder if there are good and/or recognized terms for "excess casualty market" and "excess casualty renewals" in German.
The whole text:
"In 2006, XXX Insurance Co. settled claims by a number of state attorneys general alleging that it participated in a bid-rigging scheme with a major insurance broker in the *excess casualty market* between 2000 and 2004.
As part of this scheme, XXX reportedly provided inflated bids to customers at the broker's request in order to protect renewals of other markets involved in the scheme.
In return for its cooperation, XXX's own *excess casualty renewals* were protected by similar means." |
