Explanation:
Vorschlag: "Es wird ein Sublimit von 2 Monaten Haftzeit/Haftungsdauer für einene einzelnen Schadensfall oder als aufgerechneter Gesamthaftungszeitraum für mehrere Schadensfälle festgelegt".

"Sublimit" und "Haftzeit/Haftungsdauer" als Versichungsfachtermini laut LEO. Beidem "aggregate" bin ich mir nicht sicher. Es soll wohl "Einzellschadensfall" und "mehrere Schadensfälle" gegenübergestellt werden. Ob das aber auch so mit der Aufrechnung zu einem zweimonatigen "Gesamthaftungszeitraum" stimmt? Da muss der Zusammenhang einiges klären.
