Explanation:
Ich denke, du hast recht und man kann/sollte es unübersetzt lassen. Zumindest der Begriff Industry Loss Warrants/Warranties wird auch im Deutschen verwendet. Und laut Wikipedia sind ILWs und OLWs ja das Gleiche.
