s.u. Explanation: ich suche noch nach einem guten Begriff, aber gemeint ist wohl folgendes: Completed Operations Insurance. A form of insurance issued particularly to various types of contractors. It covers a contractor's liability for accidents arising out of jobs or operations that he has completed. See also Products-Completed Operations Insurance. Das entspricht doch mehr oder weniger einer Produkt- oder Produzentenhaftpflicht. Montagefolgeschäden Explanation: Nette und Tony haben mit ihren Erklärungen den Nagel auf den Kopf getroffen, und das hier scheint laut Nickel/Fortmann, WB der Versicherung die gängige Übersetzung für das zugrunde liegende Konzept zu sein. completed operations = Montagefolgeschäden completed operations liability = (US-Haftpfl.-Vers.) Leistungshaftung, d. h. Haftung für Schäden aus Mängeln der vom Versicherten erbrachten Arbeitsleistungen |
