Kontext: Es handelt sich um eine Präsentation der Wachstumsstrategie eines Versicherungsunternehmens. Div. Kennzahlen werden tabellarisch für die einzelnen Länder dargestellt.
Bei der Gegenüberstellung Ist Vorjahr/Ist Lfd Jahr/Plan Lfd. Jahr von Betriebsgewinn und Kosten-Schaden-Satz steht als Spaltenüberschrift "in USD - Constant Plan Rates".

Ich kann mit dem Begriff "constant plan rates" hier nichts anfangen: fixe Plansätze - konstant geplante Quoten?

Explanation:
Die Angaben in USD müssen ja zu irgendeinem Kurs fixiert werden, damit man damit arbeiten kann. Eine Kurssteigerung der EUR/USD-Relation (alleine 5% innerhalb des letzen Monats) führt natürlich zu völlig anderen Ergebnissen
