Aus dem vorliegenden Kontext kann man dies nicht ganz sicher ableiten. Es müsste vorher irgendwo von der Haftpflichtversicherung die Rede sein (liability insurance). Die Art der Dienstleistung kann eine Rolle spielen und die 'follow form coverage' muß mit der unterlegten Police aufeinander abgestimmt sein. |
