Es geht um die Haftungspolitik eines internationalen Konzerns.
"Our General Liability Insurance contract provides for the obligation to include - at least - a 2.500.000,00 Euro limitation in each service contract."

In den AGBs des Konzerns steht, dass die Haftung für Schäden eines Auftrages auf den Gesamtbetrag von 2,5 Mio Euro begrenzt ist.
Ist "at least" im obigen Satz dann mit "maximal" zu übersetzen??

at least bedeutet mindestens,
d.h. es sollte eine Versicherung von -mindestens- 2,5 Mio abgeschlossen werden. -es darf aber auch höher sein.
wenn in der AGB steht, dass die V-summe auf 2,5 Mio begrenzt ist,
wurde zumindest die verlangte Mindestsumme versichert.

Danke, Joan....nach langem hin und her, habe ich mich schließlich für "mindestens" entshieden, obgleich mir meine Logik auch etwas anderes sagt....aber vielleicht stehe ich ja nur auf dem Schlauch :-)
