Explanation:
"all risk insurance" wird oft als "All-Risk-Versicherung" übersetzt, d.h. eine Versicherung gegen alle Risiken; ich habe auch "Allrisikenversicherung" gesehen. Hier handelt es sich um eine Versicherung gegen Risiken, die im Zusammenhang mit dem Bauvorhaben stehen.
