Explanation:
Ein vielleicht eher kleiner Bereich, aber als "Fachbereich" könnte er so heißen, vorausgesetzt, daß er mit "cellular" und "data communications" jeweils gleichrangig und nicht (zusammen mit "cellular") dem Bereich "data communications" untergeordnet ist. In diesem Fall würde ich Kathis Lösung vorziehen.

Ich kann mir das nur so erklären, dass Datenkommunikation "kabellos/drahtlos" und "per Kabel" gemeint ist....als Gegenüberstellung.

Verseilungstechnik ist das auf gar keinen Fall. Es geht um die Datenkommunikation einmal mit Kabel (festverkabelt/festverdrahtet) und einmal ohne Kabel (Mobilfunk)
