Kontext:
Es darf in diese Arten von Instrumenten angelegt werden, unter der Voraussetzung, ...
that the issuer is an entity which is dedicated to the financing of securitisation vehicles which benefit from a *banking liquidity line*.
Könnte man sagen: sofern es sich bei dem Emittenten um eine Einheit handelt, die der Finanzierung von Substitutionen von Krediten durch handelbare Wertpapiere angehört, welche von der *Liquiditätsverbindung im Bankwesen profitiert* ?
