Explanation:
"as from completion" is a very common phrase, however I believe the sense gets accross in German with 'nach dem Abschluss(datum)' if I am not mistaken. Nach der Fertigstellung, dem Fertigstellungstermin geht wahrscheinlich auch.

Explanation:
Der Begriff "Vollzug" wird bei Übernahmen verwendet und passt hier denke ich auch.

Bei "Abschluss" sehe ich immer eine Zweideutigkeit, da es sich auch um den Abschluss eines Vertrages handeln könnte, wobei hier aber wohl die Durchführung des Kaufs gemeint ist.
