In addition, the Company or the Management Company may refuse to accept new applications from new investors for a specific period if this is in the interests of the Company and/or Shareholders, including situations where the Company or a Sub-fund have reached a size such that they can no longer make suitable investments.

If an application is rejected, any monies received will be returned to the applicant (minus any handling charge incurred in any such return) as soon as possible by post or wire transfer (but ***without interest, costs or compensation***).

Wäre eine Möglichkeit. Vllt. auch Wertersatz/-Ausgleich?
Die Floskel scheint auf diesem Gebiet jedenfalls zum Standardvokabular zu gehören.
