Handelt es sich hier um einen Fehler im Original oder kennt jemand die Abkührung "c" im Englischen? Inhaltlich kann das ja nur Prozent heißen...

Explanation:
gemeint ist wahrscheinlich 20 cent pro dollar. es geht ja hier um anleihen und dergleichen (oder?), und da spricht man halt davon, welchen teil seiner schulden ein insolventes unternehmen zurückzahlen kann. aus irgendeinem grund wird das häufig in cent pro dollar statt in prozent ausgedrückt
