Der Begriff kommt in einer PowerPoint Präsentation über Privatisierungsstrategien vor, und zwar zweimal

1. Im Untertitel zur Überschrift "Potential Sell-Down Alternatives": "Are the ABO sizes sufficiently differentiated, i.e. what is the benefit if the marketed offering" (das "if " ist wohl ein Tippfehler und muss wohl "of" heißen, sonst macht der Untertitel doch keinen Sinn).

2. Darunter in einer Grafik wie folgt:
Oberbegriff: Public Straight Equity
untergliedert sich in 1. "Block/ABO" und 2. "Marketed Offering"

Die Grafik macht mir auch sonst noch Mühe.

Könnte man "ABO" einfach stehen lassen?

Kannst natürlich auch Beschleunigtes Bookbuilding-Verfahren o.ä. draus machen (meist für institutionelle Anleger, die den IPO-Klimbim nicht brauchen - wenn Warren Buffet alle IPO-Texte gelesen hätte, wäre er heute Gemüsehänder in der südlichen Bronx, vermute ich mal)
