| English term or phrase: applicants for shares | ***Applicants for Shares*** during the Initial Offer Period should complete and sign an application form which may be obtained from the Administrator and send it to the Administrator, together with any information required in respect of anti-money laundering requirements as detailed in the application form, by mail (with a copy by facsimile) so as to be received by the Administrator no later than 5.00 p.m. (Dublin time) on the last Business Day of the Initial Offer Period.
Thereafter, ***applicants for Shares***, and Shareholders wishing to apply for additional Shares, must send their completed and signed application form by mail (with a copy by facsimile) to the Administrator so as to be received before the relevant Subscription Request Deadline, together with any information required in respect of anti-money laundering requirements as detailed in the application form.
An initial fee of up to 5% of the Subscription Price may be payable by ***applicants for Shares*** at the discretion of the Directors.
