English term or phrase: curve trade
This comes up in a graph for a brochure on fixed-income investments. The graph is titled "Performance Attribution by Dimension Global Bond Fund (March 2000 - March 2003)" and is listed under the factors contributing to performance (govt. bond selection, credit spread, country spread, duration, curve trade, forex). I'm assuming that a curve trade is the same as a yield curve trade - but what do you call this animal in German?

Please only answers from colleagues with a sound understanding of financial translations - TIA!

Zinskurvenposition
Explanation:
Your assumption is correct: curve trade = yield curve trade; in German, I would typically call this a "position" rather than a "trade".
