The “Company” is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by AA Inc. and including BB and CC (collectively the “Underwriters”), to sell 3,500,000 units (the “units”) of the Company at a price of C$3.30 per unit for aggregate proceeds of C$11,550,000 (the “Offering”).

Das "Unternehmen" freut sich bekannt zu geben, dass es eine Vereinbarung mit einem Emissionskonsortium unter Leitung von AA Inc. unterzeichnet hat, an der auch BB und CC (zusammen "das Konsortium") beteiligt sind, um 3.500.000 Einheiten (die "Einheiten") des Unternehmens zu einem Preis von 3,30 C$ pro Einheit zu verkaufen und dadurch gesamte Erlöse in Höhe von 11.550.000 C$ (die "Platzierung") zu erzielen??
