Eine Vermutung:
real estate equity = Immobilienaktien
return index = Performance-Index. Ich denke, dass hier eben kein reiner Preis-Index gemeint ist, sondern einer, in den zusätzlich z.B. die Dividendenzahlungen der enthaltenen Unternehmen eingehen, in Richtung Total Return Index. Möglich wäre dann evtl. auch "Rendite-Index", wobei "Performance-Index" m.E. geläufiger ist. |
