English term or phrase: 2-year, 2.7 trillion Yen offering
Hi everyone!

I have a question relating to the last part of the following sentence.

"Japanese yields spiked at the end of November just days before a critical 2-year, 2.7 trillion Yen offering."

I know that offering in this context is an "Anleiheemission", but I don't know how to combine that with the 2-year part of the sentence. To what do the 2 years refer? The bonds offered? The offering itself?

Thanks for your help!
