Kennt jemand diese Bank. Es soll sich um eine supranationale Einrichtung handeln:

Examples of Supranational Entities include, among others, the International Bank for Construction and Development (more commonly known as The World Bank), the European Economic Community, the European Investment Bank, the Inter-Development Bank, and the Asian Development Bank.

Ich vermute, es soll Inter-American Development Bank heißen, aber wer weiß, vielleicht gibt es diese Organisation wirklich.

Explanation:
Es gibt Hits zu Inter-Development Bank, aber das liegt m.E. nur daran, dass die Inter-American Development Bank auch als IDB abgekürzt wird (siehe Link). Bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass das so nicht gemeint ist.
