Kannst du also m.E. recht wörtlich übersetzen. Es geht hier z.B. um vorrangig vs. nachrangig (Senior vs. Junior). Je nach "Position in der Kapitalstruktur" unterscheiden sich ja die Ansprüche. Zins- und Tilgungsansprüche der Halter nachrangiger Anleihen werden z.B. erst dann erfüllt, wenn die entsprechenden Ansprüche der Halter erstrangiger Anleihen befriedigt sind.
