Ich könnte hier ein wenig Hilfe beim Verständnis gebrauchen.

Der ganze Satz lautet: "Under this securities lending agreement xxx lends from yyy high quality securities which are *ECB repo eligible* in a scale of approximately € 2.9 bn."

Heißt das nun, dass die Papiere repofähig sind BEI der EZB oder dass deren Repofähigkeit DURCH die EZB festgestellt wurde?
