It is a phrase that describes an advantage of new MCU product.
The phrase is followed by the 2 sentences that describes the feature further as below.

- 48 to 177 pin package options (LQFP, LGA and BGA)
- Embedded 32 KB to 2 MB Flash (Zero Wait Flash Technology)

Would that be OK to translate this as below?
