Explanation:
Statt Produktivstart ist aber auch der engl. Begriff "Go live" (der Go Live) verbreitet, statt Einführungsunterstützung kann man auch einfach nur Support sagen (hier dürfte die Unterstützung bei der Einführung des neuen Systems gemeint sein).

Übrigens: im Projektmanagement ist 'stage' im Sinne eines Projektmodells -> Phase!
