Ich denke nicht, dass es eine deutsche Übersetzung gibt, ich würde daher den Titel so lassen und vielleicht als Fußnote hinzufügen:
Anm. des Übers: Buch nicht auf Deutsch erschienen

würde nicht versuchen, dies zu deuten, dazu müßte man Auszüge aus dem Buch auch gelesen haben.
