Sale Targets
If minimum sales targets are not reached by the distributor, the supplier is entitled to overrule the yearly automatically renewal of the contract, taking into consideration a two month notice of this contract ending to the supplier.
Ich verstehe das Ende so: "unter Berücksichtigung einer zweimonatigen Kündigungsfrist für die Beendigung des Vertrags" paßt aber nicht so richtig mit "to the supplier" zusammen. Heißt das, daß die Lieferfirma eine zweimonatige Kündigungsfrist hat, wenn sie den Vertrag kündigen will? |

Ich verstehe das so: Wird das Mindestverkaufsziel nicht erreicht, so ist der Lieferant seinerseits berechtigt, den Vertrag mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 2 Monaten zu beenden und kann somit die jährliche, automatische Verlängerung des Vertrages aufheben. "to the supplier" bedeutet meiner Meinung nach hier, dass dieses Kündigungsrecht lediglich dem Lieferant zusteht. |
