Dies sind nicht zwei Begriffe derselben Sache, wobei der eine veraltet ist, sondern es handelt sich um verschiedene Vertraege. Telearbeitsplaetze entstehen, weil durch moderne Telekommunikationsmittel Taetigkeiten, die normalerweise nicht von zu Hause aus gemacht werden, nun so erledigt werden koennen.
