It did make genuine contracts with Y for goods. The fact that it did not make back-to-back contracts in respect of the L/C transactions does not indicate that it never intended to transfer title.

Danke. Aus all den anderen Übersetzungsvorschlägen ist ersichtlich, dass es keine allgemein übliche Übersetzung gibt und man deshalb besser den englischen Ausdruck übernimmt.
