Ich weiß, was "quit claim deed" ist - eine Verzichtserklärung. Was aber bedeutet "quit claim deed"? Leider habe ich überhaupt keinen Kontext, da dies nur ein Punkt in einer Liste von zu unterzeichnenden Papieren ist.
