This is what it would be in Germany.
It's as secure as you can get, so I wouldn't add "sichere"

agree  Hans G. Liepert: bis auf "sicher", das ist kein Wertbegriff einer Grundschuld, die ja der Sicherung dient//auch "abgesichert" ist überflüssig und verwirrend, da die Grundschuld immer eingetragen wird
