Pursuant to the Order of the Court, zhe parties met on November... with Attorney ..., the agreed upon Facilitator, to attempt to Facilitate and resolve the ongoing disputes which form the subject matter of the above captioned case. After private discussions with the Facilitator and in Joint Facilitation Sessions, the parties have reached an Agreement that they believe will allow them to reach a global resolution of all the issues in dispute between the parties, including issues which may not yet be part of the pleadings in the within pending lawsuit.

agree  Klaus Urban: Als Facilitator bezeichnet man einen Trainer, der nicht Frontalbeschallung praktiziert, sondern es den Kursteilnehmern leicht macht, sich den Stoff selbst zu erarbeiten. Habe selbst ein Facilitator-Training absolviert.

Explanation:
ein Facilitator könnte eine Art Moderator sein. Siehe Link (Basic Definition); damit wären "joint facilitation sessions so etwas wie Güteverhandlungen
