"Interest" means, for any Interest Period during which the Loan is outstanding, the product of the "Interest Rate" specified in Schedule A and the average daily principal amount of the Loan outstanding during such period times the number of days in such period divided by the "basis of accrual" specified in Schedule A.
In Schedule A wird die "basis of accrual" mit 365 Tagen angegeben.

Explanation:
...ein Versuch. In diesem Fall ist die Zinsgutschriftperiode ein Jahr lang - häufig werden die Zinsen aber auch quartal und monatlich gutgeschrieben.
