Im "Employment Screening Authorisation Form" hat der Kandidat folgende Bestätigung abzugeben:
"I, the undersigned, hereby authorise ABC Company (den künftigen Arbeitgeber) ***by and through*** its independent contractor XYZ Company (den Dienstleister, der die Nachforschungen durchführt), to obtain a report on me."
Es handelt sich offensichtlich um eine Floskel. Gibt es dafür im Deutschen eine Entsprechung oder genügt einfach "durch"? |
