Facility Introduction Letter

As explained in the Supplier Guiding Principles, Xy strives to maintain certain minimum standards in all facilities involved in the manufacture and distribution of their products. SGP incorporates country specific labor, safety, and environmental laws and regulations and our own standards.

Xy’s SGP assessments are currently conducted worldwide by three authorized third-party monitors. Your facility has been selected to be assessed by one of these service providers. Please advise your staff to extend all courtesy and co-operation to any visiting auditors.

A representative will conduct a documentation review and a visual assessment of your facility. As part of the evaluation process, the auditors will also request to speak to a sample of employees.
