Bank has received all the documentary material requested by it in connec-tion with its granting of project finance, including land lease agreements, wind studies, licenses and permits, the General Agreement, the supply con-tracts with turbine manufacturers, ***grid access and connection contracts***, in-surance policies, economical data, corporate documents, including excerpts from the Handelsregister, excerpts from the Land Registry, maps and charts.
@David S: I'm think it is considered that they provide the service, or facility, of you linking into the grid, rather than the "commodity" of electricity. Don't really know why either....
^Grid^ bezieht sich hier aufs Stromnetz. Wieso dann ^Diensleistungsvertrag^?

One of the rarer examples of the English cooking their cabbages twice; if you need ACCESS to the grid, you have to have a CONNECTION - oder??? In other words, you should disregard one OR the other - you do not need them both.
In order to differentiate between the "networks" or "grids", I have added "Strom" on the front of "Netzanschlussvertrag", although the complete expression doesn't exactly google with any conviction, whereas the shortened form has over 13,000 responses; you'll see that a fair proportion of these though refer to gas, water and sewage "networks", rather than the power grid.
