English term or phrase: material (hier)

"Confidential and/or Proprietary Information” means any information of confidential nature or material or any proprietary information on the Product or on the Machines, disclosed by or on behalf of One Party to the Other Party in any form including, without limitation, oral and written form, software stored and samples provided.

-> Is that an agree or a disagree? // Thanks for clarifying. I still hold to my interpretation, but it is good to have feedback (even "disagree").
