Aus einem Vertrag zwischen einer Consultingfirma und einem Netzbetreiber:

"No Volume Commitment.

In entering into this Agreement, XYZ Networks makes no guarantees as to the quantity or frequency of projects to be assigned to Consultant. Each discreet and specific project will be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable SOW."

Es werden also keinerlei Zusagen bezgl. des Auftragsvolumens gemacht. Ist Auftragsvolumen hier korrekt, da nur Anzahl und Häufigkeit der Projekte genannt werden? Die Größe des jeweiligen Auftrags wird im SOW (Leistungsbeschreibung) festgelegt.
