Der obige Begriff wird benutzt, um die Rückgabe von Waren innerhalb der Garantiefrist zu beschreiben. Die Benutzung eines entsprechenden deutschen Pendants für "field" habe ich nicht gefunden, ist glaube ich aber auch nicht notwendig.
