agree  Andrea Hauer: das stimmt - ist aber kein Typo ... ich würde aber "Gläubigerverhandlungen" sagen ... Siehe Definition in der Anmerkung (hier fehlt der Platz)

Explanation:
Bei derartigen Verhandlungen wird nicht nur über die Rückzahlungsmodus (Raten) gesprochen, sondern wird die Schuldsumme oft auch auf ein "erreichbares Maß" zurückgestuft, z.B. durch Teilerlass oder stoppen der Zinsberechnung.
