ich bin gerade bei der Übersetzung des besagten Exhibits A. Besagt diese Formulierung nun, dass der Begriff xx im Vertrag sowie im Anhang wie folgt definiert werden soll, oder lediglich im Anhang.

Ich kenne diese beiden Formulierungen eigentlich nur getrennt. In der Kumulierung irritieren sie mich etwas.
