Ist das eine spezielle Form der Haftpflichtversicherung? Wie übersetzt man das am besten?
Ich habe auch Probleme mit der Formulierung von "keep in force".

Produkthaftpflicht, Luftfahrt, Terrorismus usw. fallen nicht unter die Allgemeine Haftpflicht - auch wenn es vertraut klingt. |
