If, for any reason, any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, such provision shall be **deemed to prohibit such activity** to the extent it is found to be enforceable and other provisions of this Agreement shall be unaffected to the extent permitted by law.

als sie nicht vollstreckbar/einklagbar ist...

'activity' bezieht sich auf den Teil der Bestimmung, der nicht vollstreckbar ist, also wörtlich: "so gilt *eine entsprechende (nicht vollstreckbare) Aktivität* so weit als unzulässig, bis sie vollstreckbar ist." Ich finde den englischen Text aber ziemlich umständlich in der Ausdrucksweise und meine, man könnte die Aktivität hier weglassen und sich mit 'sie' nur auf die Bestimmung beziehen (d.h. den unvollstreckbaren Teil der Bestimmung).
