achso, hatte den ersten Absatz nicht gelesen, trotzdem:
der Kunde (als Endverbraucher) oder im Fall von Geschäftskunden jeder Teilhaber - das ist meines Erachtens der Sinn, kann bestimmt noch besser formuliert werden .
