Habe das "einfach so" übersetzt, weil ich überzeugt war, dass es in diesem Zusammenhang nichts anderes bedeuten kann, aber der Einwand von Hans hat mich stutzig gemacht, daher bei Leo nachgeguckt: "material assets" = "Sachwerte"

Explanation:
Wenn es hier um einen Auftraggeber, Vertrag, Mitarbeiter und Umweltschutz etc. geht, meine ich, man sollte eher obige konkrete Bezeichnungen verwenden, denn "Werte" klingt in dem Zusammenhang - in meinen Ohren und wenn ich mich nicht irre - etwas merkwürdig.
Hängt natürlich davon ab, um welche Branche/Unternehmensart es sich hier handelt.
