Warranty
The Seller agrees that for a period of twelve months from the date upon which the equipment supplied under this purchase order is put into commercial operation, it shall promptly replace and complete entirely at the Sellers´expense any part or parts of the equipement which do not conform to the warranties herein.
Die Übersetzungen von "commercial operation", die ich gefunden habe, passen hier nicht. Ich würde "in Betrieb nehmen" sagen, aber vielleicht hat ja jmd eine Idee, wie man den Begriff übersetzt, ohne "commercial" unter den Tisch fallen zu lassen. |
