a title to a paragraph exlaining that a transferee of a part of the equity will or has to adhere to the terms and conditions of the agreement existing between the transferring party and the company per se. In other words, it is a declaration "not to rock the boat".

"Anhänglichkeitserklärung" sounds a bit odd.

Explanation:
Für mich sieht das so aus wie die Zustimmungserklärung z.B. zu den AGB. Die hollandischen Kollegen haben das auch mit Zustimmungserklärung übersetzt und das macht Sinn. Wenn Du das Googlest siehst Du dass es immer wieder heißt......you need to sign a deed of adherence..... Zustimmungserklärung per se......damit alle Eventualitäten abgedeckt sind.
