10.1 Without prejudice to the full and final settlement of the Other Parties' claims relating to delamination in accordance to the terms of this Deed, as between the Tenants and Landlord, the normal rules set out in the Leases in relation to repair, decoration and yielding up (in clauses 4.6, 4.7, 4.12 and 4.28 of the Leases) will continue to apply for all floors of the XXX Buildings the subject of the Leases notwithstanding the execution of this Deed, but the Landlord acknowledges that the presence of screw-fixed floor tiles in the Raised Access Flooring shall not constitute a disrepair or an alteration requiring reinstatement for the purposes of those clauses of the Leases.....
