Ich verstehe das so, dass die Vollmacht an einen Bestimmten Zweck gebunden ist (im Gegensatz zu einer allgemeinen Vollmacht) und nur im Zusammenhang mit diesem Zweck gilt, z. B. eine Bankvollmacht, die nur zum Bezahlen von Gasrechnungen gilt.
Zu einem besseren Verständnis fehlt mir der Kontext.
