In meinem Romain steht unter reasonable notice -angemessene Kündigungsfrist. Das ergibt hier doch keinen Sinn?

Meine Version:
Wenn der Mitarbeiter es nach angemessener Vorankündigung ablehnt, an ein anderes Unternehmen der XYZGruppe abgestellt zu werden, behält sich die Gesellschaft das Recht vor, vorliegenden Vertrag gemäß §... fristgerecht zu kündigen.
